This Return & Refund Policy explains how you can return items, request refunds, and exercise your rights under UK consumer law.
1. Legal Right to Cancel (14 Days – UK Law)
As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically received the goods.

2. Extended Return Policy (30 Days)
In addition to your statutory rights, Chlak Smart Tech offers a 30-day voluntary return period. This means you can return your items free of charge within 30 days from the delivery date, provided they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Repack the product securely in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and free gifts (if applicable).
Attach the label and drop it off at the designated courier location.
4. Free Returns
Returns are free of charge within the UK.
Customers outside the UK (if applicable in the future) may need to cover the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
5. Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Shipping upgrades (express or priority) are non-refundable unless the order arrived defective or incorrect.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, or legal reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Perishable goods.
Personal care items once opened.
Customised or personalised items.
Digital downloads or gift cards.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement or full refund at no cost.

Transit time (UK): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
